The company's board committee approved the allotment of 6,460 rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, and non-convertible debentures (NCDs), each with a face value of INR 1 lakh. These debentures, issued at a coupon rate of 8.50% per annum, will pay interest annually and upon maturity, with a term of five years.

The company has delivered strong returns to investors, gaining 44% over the past year, significantly outperforming the broader Nifty50 index, which has risen by 15%. Non-convertible debentures provide companies with a method to raise capital and are tradable on stock exchanges, offering investors a fixed-income product.
