Mumbai based Wadhwa Group has collaborated with 75-year-old leading Japanese conglomerate Marubeni Corporation to utilise technology promoted by the later for the development of a residential project in Mulund by the group. The technology to be harnessed will focus on enhancing safety of structure, increased usage of renewable energy such as solar power and use of artificial intelligence (AI) for managing building facilities and customer service.
