Anant Raj Ltd has entered into a strategic partnership with AI infrastructure provider Submer to develop fully operational, AI-ready data centres across India through its subsidiary, Anant Raj Cloud. Formalised through a memorandum of understanding, the collaboration aims to support large-scale sovereign and enterprise AI workloads by deploying high-density, energy-efficient computing platforms. The partnership will bring Submer's liquid-cooling and modular data centre technologies from Spain, integrated with Anant Raj's existing campus infrastructure in Manesar and Panchkula, Haryana. By expanding beyond traditional colocation and cloud services into utility-grade AI infrastructure, Anant Raj seeks to address the growing demand for GPU-intensive workloads. IHG Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Hanu Overseas to bring its luxury and lifestyle brand, Vignette Collection, to India. The 145-room hotel will open in Panchkula, Haryana, in early 2026, marking a key step in IHG's premium portfolio expansion. Separately, Myntra has appointed Ritesh Mishra as Senior Vice President and Head of Category and Revenue. Reporting to CEO Nandita Sinha, he will lead category and revenue strategy and join the senior leadership team. Trident Realty has launched its latest luxury residential project, Central Vista, in Panchkula, aiming to generate about INR 1,200 crore in revenue. The project features 199 residential plots and is part of the developer�s 200-acre integrated township, Trident Hills. The company has already delivered over 500 units within the township. Recently, Trident Realty also partnered with DLF Ltd to co-develop a premium housing project in Mumbai. Founded in 2008, the developer has completed over 20 million sq ft of projects and has nearly 11 million sq ft under construction. The Panchkula District Town Planner, along with senior officials and police support, carried out a large-scale demolition drive in Barona Khud village, Tehsil Raipur Rani, where 15 unauthorised damp proof course structures were removed. Notices had already been issued to violators, but as they ignored the directives, officials proceeded with direct enforcement. Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has identified two potential sites for a slum rehabilitation project in Panchkula. The initiative aims to provide one marla plot or flat to each slum dweller in the area. HUDA has earmarked a 40-acre tract in Khark Mangoli village and 20 acres in Sector 20 for the project.
