Adani Logistics Ltd has leased a 66,250 sq ft warehouse near Panvel, Mumbai, to Avenue Supermarts Ltd, the company behind the DMart retail chain. The lease is structured over approximately 28 years, valued at over INR 100 crore, with a six-year lock-in period. Monthly rent starts at around INR 20.20 lakh and increases gradually over time. Inox Clean Energy has acquired 250 MWp of solar projects from SunSource Energy and is acquiring an additional 50 MWp, taking the total capacity to 300 MWp. India has approved electronics manufacturing projects worth INR 418.63 billion, or about USD 4.64 billion, under its Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme, aiming to strengthen domestic supply chains. Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has emerged as the lowest bidder for a major railway infrastructure project in Odisha, securing a contract worth around INR 201.23 crore from East Coast Railway. KKR and Kreate Asset Management have completed the acquisition of the Cheongna Logistics Center in Incheon, described as South Korea's largest single-asset logistics deal. LNJ Bhilwara Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 100 per cent stake in Mandakini Jal Urja, which is developing a 76 MW hydropower project in Uttarakhand. The acquisition will be carried out through Bhilwara Energy, the Group's energy arm, by purchasing the full equity from Statkraft IH Holding AS. The project, located in Rudraprayag district, is a run-of-river hydroelectric facility aimed at strengthening renewable power generation in the state. Delhi's Municipal Corporation is moving quickly to establish its fifth construction and demolition (C&D) waste processing plant at Tehkhand to strengthen waste management and reduce dust pollution. The seven-acre site will be handed over to the selected contractor on January 1, 2026, and the plant is expected to be operational in about a year, following required approvals. Initially processing 1,000 tonnes daily, capacity will later increase to 2,000 tonnes.
