IndiQube Spaces Ltd has secured a five-year workspace leasing agreement worth INR 52 crore with a consulting and management services company at its co-working facility in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru. The transaction, disclosed through a regulatory filing released in the past week, involves the leasing of more than 700 desks and adds to the flexible workspace operator’s portfolio of long-term enterprise occupiers.
According to the company, the agreement has been executed with a leading consulting and management services firm, which will occupy workspace at IndiQube’s centre located in the Yelahanka micro-market of North Bengaluru. The total value of the contract stands at INR 52 crore over the five-year tenure.
The transaction covers more than 700 seats, underscoring sustained demand from corporate occupiers for managed office environments that offer operational flexibility while ensuring long-term occupancy commitments. Such arrangements have increasingly become a preferred option for companies looking to optimise workplace costs and scale office requirements without entering into conventional leasing structures.
IndiQube stated in its regulatory filing that it had signed the workspace agreement for its Yelahanka facility, with the contract spanning five years. The company indicated that the transaction forms part of its ongoing efforts to cater to enterprise clients seeking flexible office solutions in key commercial markets.
Bengaluru remains one of India’s largest office markets and continues to witness strong demand for flexible and managed workspaces from technology firms, consulting companies, professional services providers and other corporate occupiers. North Bengaluru, including the Yelahanka corridor, has attracted growing commercial activity in recent years owing to infrastructure development and expanding business districts.
IndiQube has established a presence across 17 cities in India and manages a workspace portfolio exceeding 9.66 million sq ft. The company provides managed office and co-working solutions to a range of enterprise and corporate clients through centres located in major business hubs.
The latest agreement adds to IndiQube’s occupancy pipeline and highlights continued corporate interest in flexible workspace models that combine serviced office infrastructure with longer-term contractual arrangements. The transaction also reinforces Bengaluru’s position as a key market for workspace operators catering to evolving office space requirements.
