Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd has secured approval to invest INR 6,675 crore in a 10 GW ingot and wafer manufacturing facility in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. The project, cleared by the State Investment Promotion Board, will be the largest of its kind in India and will be developed at the IFFCO Kisan Special Economic Zone on 200 acres of land.
