DevX, Gujarat's largest provider of managed office spaces, recently announced the opening of its second coworking center in Jaipur. The new 35,000 square foot, 500-seater facility is located in Malviya Nagar. DevX plans to further expand this center by an additional 200,000 square feet within the next year.

The company aims to add more assets across India, with a total planned area of over 2 million square feet.

DevX is a co-working space and startup accelerator focused on nurturing innovative startups. It was founded in September 2017 by 3 entrepreneurs Rushit, Umesh Parth (the RUPaiyya trio as they are known in the ecosystem) and one listed entity: Dev Information Technology Ltd.

DevX positions itself as an equal partner in its clients' growth. Through strategic partnerships and services, it supports startups by enabling collaboration and the cross-pollination of ideas. The company's various initiatives are designed to build synergies and foster collaborative development.

Speaking on the Jaipur center launch, DevX Co-Founder Umesh Uttamchandani said the new facility will help deepen their presence in North India while reaffirming their commitment to offering world-class infrastructure and an immersive experience.

With global clients like Persistent Systems at the new center, DevX aims to set standards for the industry. Uttamchandani expressed excitement about India's growth being driven from tier 2 and 3 cities, and DevX's plans to expand accordingly.

DevX plans to double its India portfolio by investing 60 crores to expand to 25 centers nationwide. The company believes growth-oriented companies increasingly prefer managed workspaces, which aligns with DevX's goal of providing best-in-class work experiences at competitive prices.
