Known for its proximity to the Kempegowda International Airport, this locality has garnered significant attention from homebuyers and businesses alike. Hebbal boasts a well-planned infrastructure with a mix of residential complexes, corporate offices, and retail spaces. The area offers a range of housing options, including gated communities, apartments, and independent villas, catering to diverse preferences.

Hebbal is also home to renowned educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and shopping centers, contributing to its self-sustaining nature. In March, L&T Raintree Boulevard emerged as the top-selling buildings, closing 8 deals out of the 23 deals registered in Hebbal. This was followed by Anand Nilaya which closed 6 deals. Godrej Woodsman Estate managed to close 3 deals.The distribution of sale transactions between Developer sales and Resale were quite similar.

Hebbal caters to diverse budgets and preferences. On the high end, a luxurious apartment in Crown Aura commanded a price tag of INR 6 crores, attracting luxury homebuyers. Conversely, a budget-friendly option in Anand Nilaya was available for just INR 8.92 Lakhs, providing an excellent opportunity for value-conscious buyers.

The apartment sizes varied greatly, with the largest unit spanning 6,830 square feet in Crown Aura and the smallest being 384 square feet in L&T Raintree Boulevard. This versatility ensures that Hebbal caters to everyone, from families seeking spacious homes to individuals preferring compact living spaces.

Prices per square foot in Hebbal ranged from INR 930 to INR 46,932, with an average of around INR 18,678. Most apartments sold were in the coveted 1-1,000 square feet range. However, close to 40% were between 1,000 - 2,000 square feet. The apartment sales between 2,000 - 3,000 square feet and 3,000 - 4,000 square feet contributed a single deal each. Close to 52% of the apartments sold in March fell between INR 1 - 2 crore range, catering to a large segment of homebuyers. However, the area also caters to luxury buyers, with about 10% of apartments priced between INR 2 crore and INR 3 crores. Additionally, 35% of the flats were sold within the INR 1 crore range. There was a single deal which even closed at INR 6 crores.
