County Group, a Delhi NCR-based real estate developer, announced plans to invest INR 5,000 crore over the next five years in the development of Ivory County, an ultra-luxury housing project located in Noida's Sector 115. This project, led by Amit Modi, Director of County Group, will have a total of 2,372 luxury apartments spread across 28 acres of land near the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway.
Divided into luxury and ultra-luxury segments named 'Ivory County' and 'Ivory County Gold,' the project will be executed in three phases. Phase one, comprising 1,500 units, has already been sold out. The investment will be funded through a combination of self-funding and bank financing, with an anticipated sales realization of approximately INR 7,500 crore.
Ivory County will offer apartments in various configurations, including 3, 4, and 5-BHK, ranging in size from 2,034 sqft to 6,939 sq ft. The starting price for Ivory County is set at INR 14,000 per square foot, while Ivory County Gold will begin at INR 16,000 per square foot. Notably, the ticket price for the smallest apartment is approximately INR 3 crore, with the largest ultra-luxury unit expected to cost around INR 12 crore.
Modi highlighted that a significant portion of bookings has come from buyers residing within existing County Group projects, as well as their acquaintances seeking a lifestyle upgrade. With a good track record in the real estate sector, County Group has delivered several luxury and midsize projects, including Cleo County, Ivy County, County 107, Cherry County, Orange County, and Olive County. The group has already developed approximately 160 lakh sq ft of space, with an additional 161.18 lakh sq ft currently under construction.
