A new high-street commercial project called SKA Arcadia has just been unveiled at Wave City in Ghaziabad by the NCR-based real estate developer SKA Group. The project will span across 7860 square meters, and have over 2.5 lakh square feet of retail space with establishments such as high-street stores, society stores, food courts, restaurants, and a banquet hall. The company is set to invest Rs 125 crores in the project. It is anticipated to be finished by December 2025. It received RERA approval December 2022.

The project is close to NH-24, the area with the fastest housing development and it provides easy access to nearby cities including Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi.
The project is flanked by numerous highly inhabited residential township developments like Wave City, Aditya World City, Land Craft, and important educational institutions like the Jaipuria Institute of Management. It may be found on the route leading into Wave City and Aditya World City.
One of the top NCR real estate developers SKA Group has been in operation for more than 20 years. The Group has mostly concentrated on creating projects for low-cost group housing in Noida and Greater Noida. This will be the first commercial project for SKA in the Ghaziabad area.
The project will span 7860 sq mt will receive 125 crores from the Group. The development will be a Signature High Street business project and will be situated on a corner lot with two open sides. There will be retail establishments, high-street stores, society stores, food courts, restaurants, and a banquet hall. In the project the Group would construct 2.5 lakh square feet of retail space. The high-street project will have a wide frontage of 500 ft ensuring that every shop can be seen clearly.
The two side-open corner plots will provide the development a classic high-street appearance in addition to enhanced usability and breathing area. The ground-floor retail establishments will have double heights. For a great user experience and consumer convenience smart features like advanced surveillance systems, smart metres, fibre connectivity, automated lighting, automated streetlights and eco-friendly smart parking will also be installed. Additionally, there will be enough escalators and elevators to provide for easy vertical transportation.
The project has received money from both the bank and the corporation. The project is anticipated to be finished by December 2025. It received RERA approval December 2022. A total of 10 lakh people will be drawn to the project from the adjacent group housing developments and areas.
