Earlier this month, the Noida Authority launched a housing scheme for individuals eligible for Low Income Group (LIG), Mid Income Group (MIG) and High-Income Group (HIG) housing. The flats will be made available in Sectors 52, 62, 71, 99, 118, and 135. Interested individuals can submit their application latest by 31st January 2023. The cost of these residential apartments ranges from Rs 45 lacs to Rs 1.79 crores. In another decision, the Noida Authority vowed to resolve the property parcel assignment issue that has been pending for 12 years. These individuals have been given time until March 2023 to procure the requisite approvals and begin construction.
In a bid to address the growing demand for housing units across the state, the Noida Authority announced on 2nd January 2023 that it would be launching a housing scheme catered to individuals eligible Low-Income Group (LIG), Mid-Income Group (MIG) and High-Income Group (HIG) housing. The flats will be made available in prominent sectors such as Sector 52, 62, 71, 99, 118, and 135. The cost of these residential apartments’ ranges from Rs 45 lacs to Rs 1.79 crores. The MIG, HIG and duplex apartments located in sectors 62, 99, and 135 will be sold through an online auction, the LIG flats located in sectors 52, 71, 99, 118, and 135 will be distributed by a lucky draw.
Interested individuals must submit their application before the 31st of January 2023 to participate in the e-auction. The application form can be procured from any State Bank of India branch or downloaded from the authority’s website (www.noidaauthorityonline.in). Upon filling the form, it should be resubmitted to the SBI branch the form was procured from. In case of the online download, the filled form must be uploaded back on to the website as per the instructions mentioned there.
In addition to announcing the e-auction for LIG,MIG and HIG housing, the Noida Authority also addressed other housing issues. It vowed to resolve the issue of non-registration by saying it would annul the assignment of property parcels wherein allottees are yet to build their dwelling in spite of registration having taken place over 12 year prior. These allottees have been given time until March 2023 to procure the requisite map approvals and begin construction to avoid annulment. The Authority will begin the process of cancelling land allocations after March 2023.
