A TNUHDB official stated that a proposal has been prepared to construct a ground plus three-story residential building with 84 dwelling units. He mentioned that once administrative approval is secured, they will proceed with the demolition of the weakened structure and initiate work on the new building, which is anticipated to start within 6 months. He also noted that existing recipients would be allocated houses in the new development. Additionally, the Trichy corporation has pledged to assist in providing all necessary basic amenities for the proposed building.
