Around 38% of the apartments sold were within INR 1 crore range, while 50% of the flats sold were within INR 1-2 crores and 13% of the apartments sold were between INR 2 - 3 crores.

Despite its urban development, Hebbal retains pockets of greenery, including the picturesque Hebbal Lake. With ongoing infrastructure improvements and its proximity to major business districts, Hebbal continues to be a sought-after location for both residents and investors in Bangalore's real estate market.

In June, Sobha City emerged as the leader by closing nine deals, the highest this month in Hebbal. This was followed by L&T Raintree Boulevard, which registered five deals, whereas Godrej Woodsman Estate and Anand Nilaya closed a single deal each. Resale transactions led the way by closing 69% of the deals compared to the developer sale transactions, which managed to close 31% of the deals. On the high end, an apartment in L&T Raintree Boulevard was sold for INR 2.85 crores. Conversely, a value-friendly option in Sobha City was available for close to INR 20.62 lakhs, providing an excellent opportunity for price-conscious buyers.

The apartment sizes varied greatly, with the largest unit spanning 3,543 square feet in Sobha City and the smallest being 465 square feet in L&T Raintree Boulevard. This versatility ensures that Hebbal caters to a wide range of buyer preferences, from families seeking spacious homes to individuals preferring compact living spaces. Prices per square foot in Hebbal ranged from INR 1,200 to as high as INR 54,228, with an average of around INR 16,406. Most apartments sold were in the coveted 1,000 - 2,000 square feet range, contributing 44% of the total sales. 31% of the apartments were sold between 1 - 1,000 square feet. 19% of the transactions were between 2,000 - 3,000 square feet. In Hebbal, 38% of the apartments sold were within INR 1 crore, while 50% of the flats sold were within INR 1-2 crores. 13% of the apartments sold were between INR 2 - 3 crores.

Hebbal continues to thrive as a prime residential and commercial hub in Bangalore, offering a blend of urban convenience and natural beauty. The robust real estate activity in June, led by developments such as Sobha City and L&T Raintree Boulevard, highlights the area's diverse appeal and investment potential.
