Global logistics giant Panattoni has officially begun construction on its first project in India, marking a significant development for the country's warehousing and logistics sector. The groundbreaking ceremony for Panattoni Park NH71 was held recently in Haryana, signaling the company's commitment to the Indian market.

Panattoni Park NH71 is strategically located on National Highway 352 (formerly NH71) in the Jhajjar district of Haryana. This placement positions the park within a well-established warehousing hub, neighboring major industrial centers like Luhari and Farrukhnagar. With a total site area of 66,000 sqm, the park offers easy access to these existing infrastructure networks, benefiting businesses by streamlining logistics and transportation operations.

The park itself will boast over 32,000 square meters of warehousing space, catering to a wide range of industrial and logistics needs. Designed according to the highest industry standards, Panattoni Park NH71 features ample loading bays to facilitate efficient movement of goods. High floor tolerance allows for heavy equipment to operate safely within the facility. Dedicated staff and office spaces measuring 3% of the total warehouse area will ensure smooth and efficient operations. Sustainability is also a key focus, with the park incorporating 100% wastewater recycling and expansive green cover to reduce its environmental impact.

Robert Dobrzycki, CEO and co-owner of Panattoni Europe, UK, Middle East & India, emphasized that India is a vital hub for their global operations. The company is committed to accelerating its expansion across the country in the coming years. Panattoni Park NH71 represents the company's dedication to offering world-class facilities that empower businesses and contribute to India's economic growth.

Panattoni's entry into the Indian market aligns perfectly with the country's growing demand for modern and sustainable logistics solutions. The surge in e-commerce, increased focus on supply chain efficiency (driven by factors like the recent implementation of GST), and consolidation of third-party logistics providers are driving forces behind this demand. Panattoni's expertise in advanced design and construction, coupled with their access to a vast international network of potential tenants, positions them well to meet these evolving needs.

The development of Panattoni Park NH71 is expected to generate significant employment opportunities in the region, contributing to the local economy's growth and development. This project signifies a positive step forward for India's logistics infrastructure and paves the way for further collaboration between international and domestic players in the future. Panattoni India Development Pvt. Ltd. is a part of the Global Panattoni Group, one of the largest industrial real estate developers in the world, operating in 23 countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and now, India.
