Ganga Realty has announced a significant investment of INR 1,200 crore in developing a residential project named Anantam in Sector 85, Gurugram. This ambitious project will span approximately 5.29 acres and is expected to be delivered within the next five years. Anantam will feature three towers, each consisting of ground-plus-59 storeys, making them the tallest residential buildings in both Gurugram and Delhi. The project aims to deliver 524 luxury units, comprising 3 and 4 BHK apartments, with prices starting at INR 16,500 per square foot.

The project funding will be sourced from Ganga Realty's internal accruals and customer advances, with the company targeting a sales potential of INR 2,000 crore. The apartments will include a servant's quarter and a utility room. Specifically, the 3 BHK units, including the utility and servant quarters, will have a size of 2,392 square feet, while the 4 BHK units will span 3,101 square feet.

Anantam is strategically located near the Dwarka Expressway, the Global City project, and NH-8, ensuring excellent connectivity to major hubs, including a 20-minute drive to IGI Airport. This prime location is expected to attract a wide range of homebuyers, particularly those seeking a luxury lifestyle akin to Dubai's high-rise living.

Vikas Garg, Joint Managing Director of Ganga Realty, highlighted that Anantam will not only feature luxurious developments but also incorporate advanced smart home features. The project aims to enhance the living experience of its residents by integrating smart speakers, smart lighting, smart security, smart appliances, and smart sensors, supported by a robust network infrastructure.

To promote sustainability, Anantam will include several energy-efficient and eco-friendly implementations. These will feature solar panel integration, water recycling systems, onsite water treatment, smart meters for water and electricity, high-performance glass facades, and EV charging stations. Additionally, the project will boast a 5-layered AI-enabled security apparatus, ensuring a safe and secure living environment.

The project will offer an array of luxurious amenities, including a state-of-the-art clubhouse spanning 1 lakh square feet. This will be complemented by separate indoor and outdoor sports clubs, a business center, a dynamic socio club, a museum, a jewelry cafe lobby, and a knowledge park. These amenities are designed to provide residents with a comprehensive and enriching living experience.

Anantam marks Ganga Realty's second luxury housing venture, following the success of Nandaka 84 in Gurugram's Sector 84, which was oversubscribed within a day of its launch. This previous success has set a high benchmark for Anantam, further driving the company's vision of delivering unparalleled luxury housing solutions.
