Kothaguda is a suburban residential locality situated in the western part of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It lies along the Outer Ring Road, providing convenient connectivity to other areas of the city. This was followed by Asian Suncity which managed to register 3 deals and the rest of the other buildings helped by registering a single transaction. Developer sale transactions had the upper hand over Resale transactions as they contributed 78% and 22% respectively.

On the high end, we have Bollineni Bion which commanded a price tag of INR 3.22 crores, attracting luxury homebuyers. Conversely, a budget-friendly option in Sri Sai Sree Enclave was available for close to INR 21.90 Lakhs, providing an excellent opportunity for value-conscious buyers.

The apartment sizes varied greatly, with the largest unit spanning 3,713 square feet in Bollineni Bion and the smallest being 782 square feet in Sri Sai Sree Enclave. This versatility ensures that Kothaguda caters to wide preferences of buyers, from families seeking spacious homes to individuals preferring compact living spaces.

Prices per square foot in Kothaguda ranged from INR 2,562 to as high as INR 9,619 with an average of around INR 6,002. Most apartments sold were in the coveted 1,000 - 2,000 square feet range. However, close to 40% were between 2,000 - 3,000 square feet. There was a single apartment sold in the range within 1,000 square feet. There were 3 apartments constituting around 10% lying between 3,000 - 4,000 square feet.

Close to 50% of the apartments sold in April fell within INR 1 crore range. In the INR 1 - 2 crores there were sales comprising around 45%. There were 3 apartments which crossed INR 2 crores out of which 1 of the apartments even closed above INR 3 crores.
