With an investment of INR 900 crore (USD 108 million), The Megaleio targets high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs. Featuring units priced between INR 8 crore and INR 12 crore, 20% of the units are already sold, reflecting strong demand. Located in Appa Junction Peerancheru, the project boasts two 50-floor towers with 150 opulent residences. The development emphasizes luxury and sustainability, offering unique amenities like branded kitchens, home automation, and EV charging facilities.

The project was introduced at a gala event by Naveen Gadde, Founder and Managing Director of Navanaami, alongside key architects and consultants.
The Megaleio, with an investment of INR 900 crore, aims to cater to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs in Hyderabad. The project features units priced between INR 8 crore and INR 12 crore, with 20% of the units already sold, indicating strong demand in the luxury segment. Naveen Gadde highlighted that "Megaleio" is derived from a Greek word meaning "towards greatness," reflecting the project's commitment to luxury and sustainability.
Located in Appa Junction Peerancheru, Megaleio is strategically positioned just 20 minutes from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and 15 minutes from the Financial District. Spread over 4.1 acres, the project is surrounded by 1200 acres of greenery and near protected water bodies like Himayat Sagar and Osman Sagar, offering a natural and serene environment. The development features two iconic towers with 50 floors and 150 opulent residences, establishing it as a new landmark in Hyderabad.
The RERA-approved project boasts unique design elements, including double-height ceilings and a sustainable facade. The 150 residences are divided into three types: Skyline tower units (11,111 sq. ft), Unity tower units (9,999 sq. ft), and Unity tower units (8,888 sq. ft). Each unit is designed with meticulous attention to detail, blending luxury with sustainability. The collaboration with architectural and engineering firms such as DesignHaaus, Tierra, Arup, and Optimization Consultants ensures that the project adheres to high standards of environmental consciousness and comfort.
Megaleio offers a range of amenities tailored for luxury living, including branded kitchens, home automation systems, noise-controlled windows, and opulent bathrooms. The project also features sustainable elements like private garages with EV charging capabilities and internationally sourced flooring materials. To maintain the quality of facilities and amenities, Navanaami has created a services arm to manage the project for five years.
Looking ahead, Navanaami Projects plans to expand into tier 2 cities such as Bhubaneshwar, Indore, and Raipur, focusing on the premium and luxury residential segments.
