This marks the joint venture's second groundbreaking residential project in Dubai, following the successful launch of Haven by Aldar in late 2023. Jonathan Emery, the Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Development, expresses confidence in Athlon's potential, stating that it represents a significant milestone in their expansion strategy in Dubai.
