Ghatkopar West is a bustling residential and commercial locality situated in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai. In March, Wadhwa The Address Boulevard emerged as the top-selling buildings, closing 7 deals out of the 45 deals registered in Ghatkopar West. The next in line was Runwal The Orchard Residency which closed 4 deals. Sandu Sanskar and The Meridian Towers managed to close 3 deals each. More than 50% of the transactions were resale transactions and 40% of the transactions were contributed directly from the developer sales.

On the high end, a luxurious apartment in Wadhwa The Address Boulevard commanded a price tag of INR 5.43 crores, attracting luxury homebuyers. Conversely, a budget-friendly option in Hilton Enclave was available for just INR 5.5 Lakhs, providing an excellent opportunity for value-conscious buyers.

The apartment sizes varied greatly, with the largest unit spanning 1,531 square feet in Wadhwa The Address Boulevard and the smallest being 150 square feet in Hilton Enclave. This versatility ensures that Ghatkopar West caters to everyone, from families seeking spacious homes to individuals preferring compact living spaces. Prices per square foot in Ghatkopar West ranged from INR 3,667 to INR 43,911, with an average of around INR 23,938.

Most apartments sold were in the 500-1,000 square feet range. However, more than 40% were less than 500 square feet. The apartment sales between 1,000 - 1,500 square feet and 1,500 - 2,000 square feet contributed 3 deals and 1 deal respectively.

Close to 50% of the apartments sold in March fell within the INR 1 crore range, catering to a large segment of homebuyers. However, the area also caters to luxury buyers, with about 30% of apartments priced between INR 1 crore and INR 2 crores. Additionally, 13% of the flats were sold between INR 2 crore and INR 3 crores. There were 4 deals which even surpassed INR 3 crores mark out of which 2 apartments crossed INR 5 crores mark.
