Close to 50% of the apartments sold in March fell within the INR 1 crore range, catering to a large segment of homebuyers. However, the area also caters to luxury buyers, with about 40% of apartments priced between INR 1 crore and INR 2 crores. Additionally, 5 flats were sold above INR 2 crore, with 1 flat exceeding INR 3 crores.
