In its quest to enhance accessibility, Landeed facilitates easy retrieval of various property documents, such as Encumbrance Certificates, 7/12 records, and Records of Rights (RoR), within minutes. With the introduction of the AI analyzer, document analysis becomes automated, ensuring relevant information is extracted and presented coherently. This feature enables users to navigate complex property documents effortlessly, saving time and minimizing errors.

Their first product performs a fundamental task to any property ownership - automatic document pull and title check. The Landeed app received overwhelming traction (50,000 users in the first month) and good reviews (4.7 stars on the Indian app store) since its launch.



To date, Landeed has secured a total funding of USD 11.3 million across three rounds. The journey began with its first funding round on June 1, 2022, and the latest boost came through a Seed round on January 24, 2023, amounting to USD 8.3 million.



The purpose of this initial release is to collect insightful user feedback so that the feature can be continuously improved and refined based on user insights.
