Pradeep Jambhale Patil, the additional municipal commissioner, stressed the importance of swift action to ensure the safety of both occupants and properties. Deputy Commissioner Mano Lonkar echoed these sentiments, highlighting recent fire incidents and pointing out violations of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act.
