Mira Bhayandar, situated in the northern part of Mumbai, is a dynamic locality renowned for its diverse residential and commercial landscape. In November, Mira Bhayndar saw modest activity with 41 apartments exchanging hands in 9 different buildings. Developer Sales contributed 85% whereas 15% of the flats sold were Resale. Kalpataru Srishti Namaah - Sector 2A stood as the winner by registering 18 deals which was followed by Tiara Hills - Building No. 5 who managed to close 8 deals. Kalpataru Srishti Namaah - Sector 2A Wing C and Kalpataru Srishti Namaah - Sector 2A Wing B did 5 deals and 3 deals respectively in the month of November.

The record for the most expensive flat in Mira Bhayandar for the month of November has been bagged by Kalpataru Srishti 349 CHS Ltd where an apartment was sold for Rs. 1.60 Crores. While on the other hand the most affordable option available can be found in Kalpataru Srishti Namaah - Sector 2A (Wing A, H G) where an apartment was registered for Rs. 7.5 Lakhs which measured 572 square feet. In terms of carpet area the largest flat was sold in Kalpataru Srishti Namaah - Sector 2A (Wing A, H G) which measured 851 square feet. Conversely the coziest flat in Mira Bhayandar can be found in Chandresh Niketan CHS which was as small as 250 square feet.

The rate per square foot for Mira Bhayandar ranged between Rs. 1,300 to Rs. 19,300 and the weighted average rate per square foot for the locality is about Rs. 15,000. About 60% of the flats in Mira Bhayandar were sold in the 1-500 square feet range. Approximately 40% of the flats have been sold in the 500-1000 square feet category. Mira Bhayandar has been one of the affordable options which is also closer to major business hubs. More than 70% of the flats sold in Mira Bhayandar are below Rs. 1 Crore and about 27% are between Rs. 1 Crore to Rs. 2 Crores.
