These flats measure 400 square feet each and cost Rs 9.77 lakh, with a contribution of Rs 1.65 lakh from each beneficiary. The Chief Minister also inaugurated Cooperative department warehouses and distributed sanction orders to 100 differently-abled individuals, commemorating M Karunanidhi's birth centenary. Pattas were given to those affected by Neyveli Lignite Corporation's expansion. The F-Line online service was also launched to modernise land measurement.

Each dwelling covers a 400 square feet area, with an individual unit cost of Rs 9.77 lakh. The Chief Minister utilised a video conference from the Secretariat to inaugurate modern Cooperative department warehouses, costing Rs 23.35 crore, which would cater to Agricultural Producers Cooperative Marketing Societies in Tiruchengode, Erode, Rasipuram, and Perundurai. Furthermore, Chief Minister Stalin issued sanction orders to 100 differently-abled individuals as part of the Kalaignar 100 initiative, commemorating former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's birth centenary. Additional sanction orders were extended to various beneficiaries. 3,543 individuals affected by the expansion of Neyveli Lignite Corporation were granted pattas, or land deeds, as part of the initiative. As a symbolic gesture, Stalin personally handed over pattas to seven individuals. In a move aimed at modernising land measurement procedures, Chief Minister Stalin launched the F-Line online service. This service facilitates the precise measurement of field boundaries by surveyors, streamlining the process and including technological advancements in land management. The diverse range of inaugurated projects reflects the government's commitment to comprehensive and inclusive development, encompassing affordable housing, cooperative infrastructure, and support for differently-abled individuals.
