The "Puneeth Rajkumar Housing Complex," a project by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) that includes 322 upmarket villas in north Bengaluru, is almost finished. The property, which is situated on 31 acres of land, has necessary features including a clubhouse, park, and sports facilities. On a first-come, first-serve basis, the villas will be sold through an online application process. A 320-unit residential building has also been built by BDA nearby. The project demonstrates BDA's dedication to improving Bengaluru's housing alternatives and is projected to generate significant interest from purchasers looking for contemporary and well-equipped homes.
The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is on the brink of unveiling its extensive villa project named the "Puneeth Rajkumar Housing Complex" in Hunnigere village near Dasanapura, north Bengaluru, within the next two months. This ambitious initiative has resulted in the creation of 322 upscale villas, set to be put up for sale, with interested buyers having the opportunity to apply online for ownership. The selection process will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis, allowing eager investors to secure their desired properties promptly.
The project, initially conceptualized in 2018, spans over 31 acres of land and has incurred an investment of Rs 271 crore. Each villa within this development will feature essential amenities such as a water sump, overhead tank, lawn, and parking facilities. Additionally, the complex boasts a sprawling 44,000 sqft clubhouse equipped with modern conveniences. The outdoor space encompasses a park spread across 5 lakh sqft, a basketball court, cricket ground, and children's playground. According to Yogesh, BDA's assistant executive engineer, the construction is in its final stages, and the remaining tasks will be completed within two months.
The villa project encompasses a combination of 170 four-bedroom villas and 152 three-bedroom ones. These villas are priced at a fixed base rate of Rs 75 lakh for the three-bedroom configurations and Rs 1.1 crore for the four-bedroom options. However, officials have noted that there is a possibility of the villa prices increasing by up to 10% from the base price before they are officially released for sale.
In addition to the villa project, BDA has also undertaken the construction of an apartment complex in the same vicinity. Comprising 320 one-bedroom flats, this complex provides an interesting proposition for the villa owners. These flats, priced around Rs 14 lakh each, could be acquired by villa owners to accommodate their maids, drivers, and other supporting staff, showcasing BDA's foresight in catering to the diverse needs of homeowners.
The Puneeth Rajkumar Housing Complex stands as a testament to BDA's commitment to enhancing residential options for Bengaluru's citizens. The complex's strategic location near the Porur-Manapakkam IT cluster and the upcoming metro corridor offers a competitive advantage in terms of connectivity and accessibility.
This development aligns with the rising demand for well-equipped and modern residences in Bengaluru, a city known for its vibrant real estate market. As the completion of this ambitious project draws near, aspiring homeowners and investors eagerly anticipate the commencement of the sale process.
