The towers, consisting of 22 and 23 floors respectively, provide housing for more than 450 families. The Siddha Seabrook project includes an Open Sale Component, which features the tallest residential tower in Kandivali (W) rising 57 floors high. This component consists of 282 exclusive apartments and has reached completion within a span of 60 months, despite delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, the tower is in the fit-out possession stage. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK residences, along with a few premium 3 BHK Sky Garden apartments.
