According to B Krishnamoorthi, the project director at TIDCO, the organization has obtained the necessary environmental clearance from the central government to establish the park. Many major players have approached TIDCO for land allocation, and the lands will be allotted to the companies under a 99-year lease period starting next month.
The Coimbatore district administration had acquired the 364.20 acres for the project, and TIDCO paid INR 108.76 crore for the land acquisition.
