This follows the strong performance of Phase I, which garnered INR 500 Crore in 36 hours. The entire 52-acre project, located in North Bengaluru, is expected to generate around INR 3,000 Crore in revenue. Birla Estates continues to expand across key Bengaluru markets with various premium projects.

Birla Estates Private Limited, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited (previously Century Textiles and Industries Limited), announced that Birla Trimaya Phase II - The Park, has sold nearly 95% of its inventory within 24 hours of launch, reaching a booking value of approximately INR 600 Crore. This follows the remarkable success of Phase I, which garnered around INR 500 Crore in bookings within 36 hours. So far, the total booking value stands at approximately INR 1,100 Crore, with the entire 52-acre project expected to generate revenue of about INR 3,000 Crore. Located on Shettigere Road, Devanahalli, Bengaluru North, the project spans across 52 acres and builds on the achievements of Phase I with a carefully curated offering in Phase II - The Park.
