RealtyNXT hosted the India PropTech Demo Day 2024 at Mumbai's Jio World Convention Centre, gathering over 200 participants, including investors, developers, and PropTech startups. The event showcased innovative real estate technology solutions from 12 top startups, tackling challenges such as AI-driven property management and sustainable water solutions. Esteemed jury members evaluated the startups, facilitating impactful discussions. RealtyNXT successfully organized the highly expected India PropTech Demo Day 2024 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. The event brought together over 200 participants, including influential decision-makers, investors, developers, and PropTech startups, for a day filled with innovation, collaboration, and state-of-the-art technological solutions aimed at transforming the Indian real estate landscape.
During the Demo Day, the top 12 shortlisted PropTech startups, selected from a pool of 40 companies, showcased their innovative solutions designed to tackle pressing challenges in the real estate sector. The event fulfilled its tagline, "Ignite New Possibilities," by offering a platform for startups to present their technologies and engage in meaningful discussions with industry leaders, facilitating partnerships that can lead to lasting change.
Each of the top 12 PropTech startups was allotted 7 minutes to present their solutions, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session with the jury. The startups represented the best in real estate technology, addressing a variety of challenges, including AI-driven property management, sustainable water management, construction automation, and virtual reality applications in real estate.
The selected startups, listed in alphabetical order, included 13 Sq Ft, Bizcerebro Technologies, Clairco, DigiQC, Habytat, JalSevak, MOB, Pacerobotics, Paving+, Propall, The VR Company, and UrbanREV. The event featured a distinguished jury panel comprised of some of the most influential leaders in real estate and technology, who dedicated their time to evaluating the startups. These jury members, renowned for their contributions to the integration of technology in real estate, meticulously assessed the solutions and engaged in insightful discussions with the startups.
The jury members comprised Mr. Arvind Prithvinath Singh, CTO & Product Officer, Executive VP-IT at Puravankara; Mr. Chintan Sheth, Chairman & Managing Director of Sheth Realty; Mr. Shridhar N, Group Director & CEO of Hiranandani Group; Mr. Vishesh Kaul, CIO & CDO of Prestige Group; Mr. Vivek Agarwal, Co-founder & CTO of Square Yards; and Ms. Deveshri Patel, Chief Technology Officer at Godrej Living.
The 200+ attendees included senior executives, investors, and stakeholders from across India's real estate sector. This carefully curated group of decision-makers actively participated in presentations and networking sessions, exploring opportunities to integrate innovative technologies into their business strategies.
Numerous PropTech startups secured follow-up meetings with these key decision-makers, establishing connections that are likely to result in strategic partnerships and business pilots. The event created an atmosphere favorable to collaboration, where technology could be harnessed to address real-world issues in the real estate arena.
