The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will consist of 22 lavish units known as "Sky Villas," which will be available as duplex and quadplex residences. These Sky Villas will range in size from 525 to 1,135 square metres. The residential prices will start at approximately USD 15 million, with some units reaching as high as USD 40 million. Construction is slated to commence next year, with completion expected by the end of 2028.
