The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new housing scheme in Sector 22D of Yamuna Expressway, close to key locations like the Noida International Airport, Film City, and Toy Park. A spokesperson mentioned that this scheme allows people to buy flats near these important sites and enjoy great amenities at affordable prices. A total of 1,239 flats will be available in three different categories.

The flats will be sold on a 'first-come, first-served' basis, with prices ranging from INR 21 lakh to INR 45 lakh. Bookings began on September 19 and will be open until March 31, 2025. The first category includes 276 one-bedroom flats. Each flat has a total area of 29.76 square meters and a usable area of 21.62 square meters. The flats on the ground floor are priced at INR 23.37 lakh, while those on the first, second, and third floors are priced at INR 20.72 lakh.

The second category has 713 one-bedroom flats, each with a total area of 54.75 square meters and a usable area of 36.97 square meters, priced at INR 33.05 lakh. The third category offers 250 two-bedroom flats, each with a total area of 99.85 square meters and a usable area of 64.72 square meters, priced at INR 45.09 lakh. People who already own a flat from any previous YEIDA scheme will not be eligible to apply. Also, 17.5% of the flats will be reserved for farmers whose land has been taken for development in the YEIDA area.

Located in Sector 22D, the project is close to the new Noida International Airport in Jewar and the International Film City. It has great connections to important areas like the MSME, MDP Apparel, Handicraft, and Toy Park. The scheme also provides easy access to the electronic manufacturing cluster (EMC) and the F-1 and Moto Grand Prix race tracks at the Buddh International Circuit.
