This acquisition will raise Macrotech's ownership in these companies to 70%, 66.67%, and 66.67%, respectively. This strategic acquisition aligns with Macrotech's measured growth plan in digital infrastructure, particularly in the industrial and logistics sectors, and will boost the company's annuity income. The company anticipates finalising the transaction within the next 30 days. Bellissimo Digital Infrastructure Development Management Pvt Ltd, founded on 17 February 2022, is a joint venture between Macrotech, Ivanhoe, and DSS Opportunities Investment 1. Before this transaction, Macrotech held a 60% stake, with Ivanhoe controlling 10% and DSS owning 30%.

In August 2024, Macrotech also executed share purchase agreements to acquire full ownership of Opexefi Services and One Box Warehouse. The acquisitions, worth INR 46.67 crore and INR 49.09 crore, respectively, will convert both companies into wholly-owned subsidiaries of Macrotech. These moves align with the company's broader strategy of expanding its digital infrastructure capabilities within the industrial and logistics space. The acquisition of Ivanhoe's stake marks a significant step in Macrotech's long-term vision to strengthen its position in the fast-evolving digital infrastructure segment.

The company's focus on acquiring assets that deliver long-term value reflects its commitment to maintaining leadership in the real estate sector while also positioning itself to benefit from emerging opportunities in digital infrastructure development. With these calculated acquisitions, Macrotech Developers aims to seize growth opportunities in industrial and logistics infrastructure, highlighting its commitment to creating sustained value in India's rapidly expanding real estate landscape.
